Sales

The Sales team builds lasting customer relationships. They provide simple, secure accounting solutions, enabling teams to focus on impactful tasks for better results and higher satisfaction.

Product

Our Product team designs an intuitive, fast, and scalable product. They gather market insights, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritise what matters most.

Marketing

The Marketing team creates brand awareness and drives engagement. They manage campaigns, content strategies, and PR, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful results.

Engineering

The Engineering team creates a user-centric, fast, and scalable product. They focus on durable solutions, rigorous testing, and an iterative learning approach.

The process can vary for different roles and your TA will give an overview of your role's application process in the Screening call. The whole process will take around 2-3 weeks. At each stage we always try to provide feedback within 2 working days.

Your application will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition Manager and if your skills and experience align with the position and the general conditions match, you will be invited to a first call with the People & Culture Team.

People & Culture interview

Takes 30 minutes

Introduction to the company, position and responsibilities

Discussion of your skills, relevant experience and career aspirations

This 30-minute call with a Talent Acquisition Manager is an opportunity to get to know each other. You'll learn more about the company, the open position, and the responsibilities associated with it and have the possibility to tell us more about yourself and ask any questions you have regarding Circula and the position.

Behavioural and skills interview

Takes around 45-60 minutes

Call with Hiring Manager or Team Member

Deep dive into the position, your skills and experience

In this stage, you will have a call with either the Hiring Manager or a Team Member. They will assess your experience, cultural fit, and job-related skills, and you'll also get to know your potential future team, you can get more insights and you can ask them any questions you may have.

Technical interview

Takes around 45-60 minutes

Call with Hiring Manager (optionally with a Team Member)

Consists of two parts: Case Assessment & Case Interview

This interview involves working on an assessment (e.g. case study or coding challenge) and presenting your approach to the Hiring Manager and potentially a Team Member. The goal is to evaluate your skills, understand your approach and thought process. This is also an opportunity to get an insight into the job's responsibilities. The assessment usually takes around 2-4 hours to complete.

Founder interviews

Takes 60 minutes (2x 30-minute sessions)

Q&A about Circula

You will have two 30-minute sessions with our founders, Nikolai and Roman. This is a chance to meet them, get to know each other, and ask any questions you may have about Circula. This Interview is more focused on your motivation, cultural fit and your past experiences.
