Circula is an app that employees can use to account for all their expenses to their employer, such as travel costs, cash expenses, expenses, per diems and benefits. Accountants and supervisors receive additional functions in the web app to map complex accounting and approval processes completely digitally and 100% legally compliant according to GoBD and DSGVO.

What is Circula's mission?

We make expenses effortless, is our mission. With our SaaS products, we offer companies a legally compliant solution with which they can simplify the accounting of employee expenses to the essentials. The intuitive design, intelligent interfaces and high level of automation ensure that accountants generate around 70% fewer process costs for processing employee expenses.

Circula was founded in 2017 by Nikolai Skatchkov (CEO) and Roman Leicht (CTO) in Berlin.
